Shipping Policy

Our standard shipping has a transit time (for the UK) of 2-5 days. We aim to dispatch all received orders within 1 working day since the order confirmation email is sent. There may be factors outside our control that cannot guarantee we will meet the expected time frame (except during exceptional times as could be Christmas, Black Friday and big releases).

Our trusted courier partners in the UK are Royal Mail, DHL and Parcelforce. We cannot guarantee which service your order will be shipped with but we always use the most appropriate shipping method applicable for the items you have ordered.

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom. We hope to expand our shipping across Europe as we grow. 

Delayed/Lost/Misrouted orders

We understand that there may be instances where your order may be lost during transit, and why we choose to always ship with tracking for your protection. You will be provided with a tracking number once the item(s) have been shipped. If the item has not arrived after the expected transit time, please get in touch via info@laughtalecards.com and we can evaluate the issue and make it right either by refund or replacing the items ordered.
